By accessing or using Jifunzeni, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.

Learners

• Free courses may be enrolled in directly on the platform.
• Paid courses require a verified purchase through the linked Gumroad product.
• Course content is for personal learning unless the teacher explicitly grants broader rights.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute paid course materials without permission.

Teachers

• You retain ownership of content you publish but grant Jifunzeni a license to host and display it to enrolled students.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your courses.
• Paid course pricing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled through Gumroad under their terms.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Attempt to bypass access controls or scrape the platform at scale
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass other users or interfere with platform operation

Disclaimer

Jifunzeni is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. Teachers' content reflects their own views and is not endorsed by Jifunzeni unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jifunzeni and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
